Michelle firmly believes in massage as an integral part of your health program and offers therapeutic massage rather than a pampering spa-like treatment.
She has considerable experience working with both professional and amateur athletes as well as working with individuals suffering with repeat movement injuries (sitting at a desk, driving, etc). Regular massage also helps to bring oxygen and other necessary nutrients to our blood which relieves the effects of chronic stress and improves circulation and blood flow.
Types of massages offered
Deep Tissue
Deep Tissue $100 (60 min) $150 (90 min)
Deep Tissue breaks through the superficial tissue to directly address specific musculoskeletal tension. Focused work can be done on the affected area or full body work can be scheduled as a means to prevent future injuries.
Fire Cupping
Add to your deep tissue massage or as a 30 minute stand alone treatment - $50 (30 min) $25 (add-on)
Glass cups are applied to create a vacuum that pulls blood stagnation and metabolic wastes from deep layers of tissue. When the cups are released, fresh blood rushes to the area to flush out lactic acid and other waste.
Traditional Thai
90 minute Massage - $150
Thai Massage is done fully clothed (please come in comfortable exercise clothing) on a mat with no lotions used. It is also dubbed “Lazy Man’s Yoga” as you will be guided through a series of stretches that will address muscles from head to toe.
(Not currently offering due to Covid)
CBD Massage
Add to your deep tissue massage and cupping - $120 (60 min) $170 (90 min) $70 (add on to fire cupping)
